Understanding is more important than effort.
A problem stays a problem because it it not understood at some fundamental level. Once you understand something, effort can be pointed in the right direction.

Hi, I'm Cheng —
My mission is to hand you the tools to think clearly, practice compassion, and build the business and life you want — because it all starts with you. No gurus, no 12-step lifestyles, just notes from someone figuring it out with you.
The mission
I'm not here to sell you a system — I'm here to help you build one that works. The problem I see today is that most people will walk down a road only to realize later that they aren't happy. Unfortunately, the world keeps getting louder, and the lessons that actually matter — clarity, attention, resilience, compassion — keep getting drowned out. So I take note of them, test them in my own life, and share what helps. Whether it's a business or your life, change worth making starts with the same person: you. If even one lesson saves you a bad afternoon, I've done my job — and if it helps you build the life you want, even better.
Six small ideas, big payoffs
None of these are mine, exactly. Everything I investigate circles back to one of these — and every one of them starts with you.

02
You may find that intent is difficult. Frankly, it is the most difficult and easiest thing you can do in life; because intent is simply exercising awareness and judgement in the moment.
03
What the world gets wrong is a focus on the result, not the action itself. All you can control is the effort you put forth. How you respond to your thoughts and emotions is, technically, and action, too.
04
From unprocessed trauma within the mind to a healthy business structure and workflow, the less stressors you have in your life, the easier it gets for the things that matter to take root in your life.
05
Right and wrong are not great compasses for personality. Look for completeness and peace. Compassion is often something you don't regret.

Sprinters quit. Walkers arrive. Whatever you're trying to build, find a version of it that won't burn you out at the end of the day and one you can recover from with a good nights sleep.
